El Cortijo is a 16th Century complex originally used for farming activities which probably included olives and grape vines. Parts of the complex show significant evidence of its history with traditional grinding wheels and large storage vats in areas still to be re-developed.
We are in the locality of Pinoso, a trip from Alicante airport takes around 50 minutes. The resort is away from the coastal hustle and bustle and is centered in a rural and tranquil setting.
