We need your help!

We are currently raising money to purchase a defibrillator for El Cortijo Paredón.

How can I donate?

You can donate either cash or raffle prizes at El Cortijo Paredón, these will be passed directly to the treasurer.

How much do you need to raise?

The full cost of a defibrillator is 1200€, this includes the cost of an alarmed outdoor storage box.

Who can use the defibrillator?

You do not need to be formally trained to use the defibrillator, instructions are provided during usage. Gail Sharp (committee Chairperson) will be offering training to all staff and anyone else that would like it.

So far we have raised 420€ towards our 1,200€ target! That‘s 35% of the total!

What is a defibrillator?

A defibrillator is a medical device that delivers a controlled electric shock to the heart to help restore a normal heartbeat.

It’s mainly used in emergencies when someone is experiencing:

  • Cardiac arrest (heart suddenly stops beating)
